Rich’s Mango Salsa: The Recipe

Ok guys…looking back over the past couple of weeks it seems to me that all the rage is surrounding Mango Salsa.  There have been a few requests for the recipe. Notice that there are no measurements. Remember that Salsa is what you make of it. We all get the basics and we are free to bring our own style and flavor to the table, so without further ado here it is.

Mango Salsa

Onion diced

Medium/large tomato diced

Ripe Mango (yellow)

Garlic

Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper

Cayenne Pepper

Lemon (squeeze juice)

Remember you’re free to add whatever you want. This non fat dip is simple and easy and can make your next dinner come alive!

It works quite nicely with marinated and steamed chicken breast and quinoa.
