Orange Balsamic Steak

I came across this recipe through a someone I follow on Twitter called Health Habits. This is great for those trying to increase protein in their diets and still maintain a low fat healthy meal plan.

1 lb grass fed flank steak

2 tbsp balsamic reduction *
1 large orange – zested & juiced
1 tbsp fresh ginger – grated
3 tbsp olive oil
