Cottage Cheese Berry Blast Recipe

1/2 -1cup organic cottage cheese

4 sliced strawberries

8 -10 blackberries

1/8 cup walnuts

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

drizzle of raw honey

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
