Lately I’ve been receiving a lot of hits regarding Quinoa. Quinoa is a brilliant food and when you talk about whole grains, Quinoa actually fulfills the standard to be considered a whole food. Although technically Quinoa is not a whole grain but a seed, it serves to take the place of grains on your plate. It can be sprouted and is great for people who have gluten allergies.
